This Refund Policy explains how refund requests, billing inquiries, and payment disputes are handled for CherryIn services. This policy supplements the refund terms in our Terms of Service.
1. General Principles
CherryIn services may use prepaid balances, subscriptions, and other billing models. Prices, billing rules, and available payment methods are shown on the website or console at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed by Waffo USA Inc. as the Merchant of Record for payments. Waffo USA Inc. may assist with payment collection, payment disputes, refunds, and applicable tax handling.
2. Eligible Refunds
You may contact us to request a refund in the following situations:
- Charges caused by technical faults, billing errors, or other causes attributable to CherryIn;
- Unconsumed prepaid balances, if the request is made within a reasonable period after purchase;
- Other circumstances where applicable law requires a refund.
We may deduct applicable handling fees, payment-channel costs, taxes, or other non-recoverable third-party charges from the refundable amount where permitted by law.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Fees that have already been consumed, including successful invocations of upstream models;
- Amounts related to accounts terminated or restricted due to violations of the Terms of Service;
- Taxes, foreign-exchange differences, payment-channel fees, or other third-party costs that cannot be recovered.
4. How to Request a Refund
To help us review your request, please include:
- Your CherryIn account email or user ID;
- The order number, transaction ID, or payment receipt;
- The refund amount requested;
- The reason for the refund request and any supporting information.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method after verification. Actual arrival time depends on the payment channel, card issuer, bank, or wallet provider.
