This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, share, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use the CherryIn website, API services, console, and other related products (collectively, the "Services"), as well as the rights you have over your personal information.

1.2 Information We Collect While You Use the Services
- API call and usage records: Including request time, model used, token consumption, response status, and error messages.
- Device and log information: IP address, browser type, operating system, access time, referring page, cookie identifiers, and similar data.
- Content data: The prompts you send to the Services and the outputs returned by the models. We do not use your user content to train our own models.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive necessary information from cooperating identity-verification, payment, risk-control, and anti-fraud service providers in order to fulfil service requests you initiate or to safeguard platform security.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for the following purposes:

- Model and infrastructure service providers: To fulfil your request, we transmit necessary information (such as prompt content) to the upstream model providers and cloud service providers you choose to invoke. Such providers are subject to their own privacy policies for the data they process.

- Affiliates: We may share information with our affiliates within the scope of the purposes set out in this Policy.
