CHERRY INTELLIGENCE (HK) LIMITED (registered address: RM 07, 12/F, CHEVALIER COMMERCIAL CENTRE, 8 WANG HOI ROAD, KOWLOON BAY, HONG KONG; hereinafter "we", "our", or "CherryIn") respects and protects the personal privacy of all users. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, share, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use the CherryIn website, API services, console, and other related products (collectively, the "Services"), as well as the rights you have over your personal information.

Please read this Policy carefully before using the Services. By using the Services, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please immediately stop using the Services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

Account information: Email address, username, password (encrypted), and other information you provide when registering.
Authentication information: Basic profile data passed to us by third-party platforms (such as Google or GitHub) when you sign in using a third-party account.
Payment information: Information necessary to top up or pay through third-party payment service providers. We do not ourselves store your full bank-card or payment-credential data.
Communications: The content you provide when contacting our customer service, community, or feedback channels.

1.2 Information We Collect While You Use the Services

API call and usage records: Including request time, model used, token consumption, response status, and error messages.
Device and log information: IP address, browser type, operating system, access time, referring page, cookie identifiers, and similar data.
Content data: The prompts you send to the Services and the outputs returned by the models. We do not use your user content to train our own models.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive necessary information from cooperating identity-verification, payment, risk-control, and anti-fraud service providers in order to fulfil service requests you initiate or to safeguard platform security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information only for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
To create and manage your account and verify your identity;
To process top-ups, billing, refunds, and invoicing;
To monitor service usage and to safeguard platform stability and security;
To prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, and other unlawful or contract-breaching conduct;
With your consent, to send you service notices, product updates, or marketing messages;
To respond to your enquiries and complaints;
To comply with applicable laws and regulations or lawful requests from competent authorities.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share or disclose information only in the following circumstances:

Model and infrastructure service providers: To fulfil your request, we transmit necessary information (such as prompt content) to the upstream model providers and cloud service providers you choose to invoke. Such providers are subject to their own privacy policies for the data they process.
Payment and billing service providers: To process transactions and prevent fraud.
Affiliates: We may share information with our affiliates within the scope of the purposes set out in this Policy.
Legal requirements: As required by laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful requests from governmental or other competent authorities.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, the relevant information may be transferred as part of the business assets, provided that the recipient assumes the same obligations under this Policy.

The internet is not perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee that information is one hundred per cent secure. In the event of a data security incident, we will notify you and report to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

The Services are intended for adult users aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are the guardian of a minor and discover that we have collected information from a minor without your knowledge, please contact us to have it deleted.

We may revise this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you through in-product notices, email, or prominent announcements on the website. The revised Policy takes effect on the date of publication.
